Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.

Handles stock organization, safety, merchandise presentation, quality monitoring, and oversees order picking and staging. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis.

Promotes compliance with policies and ethical standards, leads team activities, and fosters a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence. Focuses on customer-first results, continuous improvement, and adapting to change.

Minimum Qualifications
