Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, ensuring compliance, supporting recruiting, and participating in evaluations.

Receives and stocks supplies, maintains the sales floor, ensures safety, manages merchandise presentation, oversees order staging, develops and implements processes, ensures compliance with policies, and leads team efforts.

Demonstrates and promotes compliance with policies, supports ethical standards, and fosters a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.

Delivers results, prioritizes effectively, supports continuous improvement, and encourages a positive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications
