A leading retail company is looking for a member service manager to provide exceptional support to customers and oversee a team of associates. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Responsible for stocking supplies, organizing the sales floor, maintaining safety standards, handling claims and returns, merchandising, and ensuring product quality and sanitation standards are met.
Oversees the picking and staging of club pickup orders, develops and implements processes to meet business needs, and promotes compliance with policies and ethical standards.
Leads team efforts, fosters a culture of respect and integrity, and supports a positive work environment. Demonstrates customer-first service, drives continuous improvement, and supports organizational goals.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
