Walmart is seeking a professional focused on member service and associate supervision in Castle Rock, Colorado. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, ensuring compliance, and participating in recruiting, hiring, and performance evaluations.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety standards by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Maintains merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, stocks and arranges merchandise, and ensures quality by following rotation, sanitation, and recall procedures.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with stakeholders, and monitors progress for continuous improvement.
Ensures compliance with policies and ethics, promotes a positive work environment, and supports team collaboration and resource sharing.
Oversees order picking and staging for club pickups, ensuring adherence to company policies.
The hourly wage range is $23.00 to $31.00, with potential additional incentives and premiums based on specific circumstances.
Must be 18 years or older.
6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience are required.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
