Total Wine & More in Lexington, KY is seeking a Merchandiser/Store Team Member to maximize product inventory, assist online orders, and deliver a personalized shopping experience. You will help with displays, sign placement, and curbside services, while building product knowledge through training.

Strong customer service, retail experience, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends are preferred. This role may include seasonal duties, with full-time or part-time options depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting online orders.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely if required, including curbside and delivery duties.
