Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will support merchandising tasks and interact with customers and teammates, maintaining planogram integrity and safety as a priority. Prior retail experience is valued, and flexible shifts are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as required by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform planogram measurements and store price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage including price cuts and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recover when needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask).
• Promote safety and follow company guidelines.
