Job summary

Tractor Supply is hiring FAST Team Members to execute comprehensive in-store tasks from planograms to price changes and signage maintenance. You will support merchandising, fixture assembly, and everyday customer service while interacting with team members and customers.

Ideal candidates will have retail or merchandising experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication. A high school diploma is preferred, and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores.
