Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with customers and staff.
• Process receipt and return of merchandise, manage freight flow.
• Order and stock merchandise, including frozen/refrigerated items.
• Keep sales floor merchandise-present and plan monthly sales.
• Plan and merchandise clip strips and power panels with effective items.
