Job summary

Ideal candidates have retail/management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. The role supports opening/closing, asset protection, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Keep store clean and presentable and restock supplies.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
