Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Flowood, MS. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a team, focus on merchandising and freight processing, and ensure a positive customer experience every day.

You will assist with store functions, uphold safety guidelines, manage stockroom and floor upkeep, and carry out monthly Planning and merchandising tasks while maintaining professional interactions with customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
