Job summary

The role focuses on daily store operations, asset protection, safety, and customer service, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing, stock management, and policy adherence. The position requires prior retail/management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store, bathrooms, floors and trash.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
