Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate location varies within the United States. You will ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy to access for customers while creating attractive product setups.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may assist customers when needed, answering questions and directing product or warranty information. The role supports weekends and requires a set weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are present.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
