Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising with Store Operations and keep displays and pricing accurate for easy shopping. You’ll build displays that are safe, clean, and visually appealing, supporting store operations and customer experience across Lowe’s locations.

You’ll interact with customers when opportunities arise, answer questions, share product and warranty details, and assist in locating merchandise. The role emphasizes accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects as Lowe’s specifies and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain signage digitally.
• Confirm product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
