Job summary

As a Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure our store’s signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible to customers.

Most tasks are independent, with occasional customer questions about products or warranties. The role offers a set weekday schedule and benefits including health insurance, tuition assistance, a company-matching 401(k) and stock purchase program,

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prepare them for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital records.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and labels are present.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
