Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate in Acworth, GA to ensure accurate signage, pricing and displays. You will create eye-catching product displays, assist customers when opportunities arise, and support store operations with merchandising tasks.

The role emphasizes working with the Merchandising Services Team, weekend constraints noted for some shifts, and opportunities for growth within Lowe’s benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.
• Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred)
• Experience with planograms and setting up/tearing down displays (preferred)
• Experience operating power equipment (preferred)
• Working knowledge of essential tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and digitally maintain this information.
• Confirm product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
