Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across the store. You will create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and accessible for customers, with limited customer interaction most of the time.

You may engage customers to answer questions about products or warranties and help locate merchandise. The role emphasizes teamwork and delivering a great shopping experience in every Lowe’s store.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are accurate.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and optimize displays.
• Repair/replace damaged/missing items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution to leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
