Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising with Store Operations, creating eye-catching displays and implementing strategies for in-demand products across Lowe’s stores.

You will maintain accurate signage and pricing, build safe and visually appealing displays, and assist customers when needed. The role emphasizes merchandising accuracy, cross-functional communication, and weekend considerations as applicable.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to listen and communicate verbally.
• Ability to use web-based computer programs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain this information digitally
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays throughout the store
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage, merchandise, and displays
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders
• Complete other duties as assigned
