Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate in Texas to help keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate and accessible for customers. You will create eye-catching product displays and support in-store merchandising projects.

The role involves limited customer interaction, interpreting product info, and assisting with planograms while maintaining safety and quality standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic accurately.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Comfortable using web-based computer programs to complete tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance of information.
• Ensure pricing labels are clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
