Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to maintain accurate store signage, pricing, and product displays. You will create attractive displays that are safe and accessible, with limited customer interaction.

You may assist customers when opportunities arise and help with product or warranty information as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication with the Merchandising Services Team, and the ability to analyze display performance and drive in-store sales.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and digitally maintain this info.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned
