Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays in Lowe’s stores. You’ll build attractive product layouts that are safe and accessible, with limited customer interaction most days while assisting customers when opportunities arise.

You’ll engage in tasks from merchandising resets to pricing accuracy, plus helping customers with product or warranty questions and locating merchandise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and digital maintenance of this information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
