Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores. You will create attractive product displays and maintain safe, accessible layouts for customers to shop.

Most tasks are store operations focused, with occasional customer engagement. You will listen to customers, answer questions, and share product information as needed, supporting the Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects according to Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and digital maintenance of this information.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are placed appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
