Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across the store. You’ll create eye‑catching product presentations that help customers find what they need and showcase in‑demand items, with most time spent on planning and execution rather than direct customer interaction.

This role involves engaging with customers when opportunities arise, coordinating with the Merchandising Services Team, and supporting store operations through completing

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and digital info.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are present.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement of displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution to leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
