Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across the store. You’ll design eye-catching product displays and support Merchandising Services and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience.

You’ll spend most time on display-related tasks with some customer interaction, answer questions, and help locate or handle merchandise while maintaining store-facing standards.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain this information digitally in-store
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders
• Complete other duties as assigned
