Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate joins our team to create compelling product displays and accurate signage in stores. You will support merchandising resets, pricing updates, and customer-ready layouts while collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team.

You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, and you will help ensure displays are safe, clean, and accessible, contributing to a positive shopping experience across Lowe’s locations.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Operate web-based computer programs.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding signage and product location information; maintain digital records.
• Ensure product pricing labels are clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
