Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate, making merchandise easy to locate. You create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and accessible.

Most of your time is spent on merchandising tasks, with occasional customer interactions. You’ll lift up to 25 lbs, follow planograms, and support the team with project priorities and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs with proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged items, signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
