Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate role located in-store supports Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll create eye-catching product displays, ensure signage is accurate, and maintain easy access for customers.

Most work involves non-customer tasks, with occasional customer engagement. The position emphasizes merchandising resets, pricing visibility, and teamwork with a focus on clear communication and safety.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Ability to use web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are ready for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products.
• Repair or replace damaged or missing items and signage.
• Communicate priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
