Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver great shopping experiences in Lowe's stores. You will create eye-catching product displays and implement strategies to showcase in-demand items.

You'll manage signage, pricing, and displays with limited customer contact, while assisting customers when opportunities arise and supporting merchandising projects and priorities across the store.

Formación

• Basic math and literacy skills required.
• Able to listen, communicate clearly, and follow directions.
• Able to use web-based computer programs.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and signage, and maintain digital information across the store.
• Ensure pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and arranging displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
