Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate helps connect Merchandising to Store Operations to deliver appealing in-store experiences. You will craft eye-catching displays, ensure signage accuracy, and support pricing and product placement across the store.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers when appropriate, answering questions and guiding product locations. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and visual merchandising skills.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital information.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and positioning displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
