Job summary

As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. You create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and accessible, with limited customer interaction most of the time.

You'll listen to customers when opportunities arise, answer questions about products or warranties, and assist in locating or handling merchandise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods; minimally lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects according to Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage; maintain digital information in-store.
• Ensure product pricing labels are visible and up to date.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution.
