Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate and easy to navigate, enabling customers to find products quickly. You’ll build eye-catching displays, assist customers when needed, and support in-store merchandising projects while following Lowe’s standards and safety guidelines across shifts in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and labels are present.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items and signage as needed.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
