Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to support signage, pricing, and product displays across stores. You’ll create safe, visually appealing displays and ensure merchandise is easy to locate.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, with occasional customer engagement. You’ll work a set weekday schedule, with benefits including health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, and a 10% associate discount.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or >25lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital information.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
