Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role between Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure displays, pricing, and signage are accurate for an optimal shopping experience.

You’ll mostly work on tasks behind the scenes, with occasional customer questions. Benefits include health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company 401(k) with match, and a 10% associate discount.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
