Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate in the United States. The role focuses on keeping store signage, pricing information, and displays accurate to facilitate easy customer access to merchandise.

You may interact with customers occasionally, answering questions and providing product or warranty information. Typical duties include completing merchandising resets, updating signage, and ensuring price labels are visible.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure items are prepped for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage and digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and up to date.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and maintaining displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
