Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures
• Participates in store recovery and safety efforts
• Maintains store cleanliness and organization
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals
