PGA TOUR Superstore in Roswell, GA is seeking a Merchant Assistant to support the merchandising team with assortment, vendor, purchase order, and product data activities. You will help ensure data accuracy, timely receipts, and aligned launch details across systems.

Responsibilities include item data setup, PO entry and tracking, and cross-functional launch readiness. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and effective communication in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly accurate with data validation ability.
• Effective communication and follow-up with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, samples, reports, and POs in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with merchandising systems and data inputs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up items and maintain product data in PIM/ERP systems.
• Enter and track Purchase Orders with cost, ship windows, quantities, and supply details.
• Coordinate with vendors on item setup, samples, and documentation; monitor shipment status.
• Prepare materials for weekly/monthly business reviews and line reviews; analyze sales trends and inventory.
