Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Store Associate at HomeGoods in Gilbert, AZ. You will help deliver an excellent customer experience, process merchandise efficiently, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking, tagging, mentoring teammates, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. A minimum of 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience is expected. Starting pay ranges from $16.15 to $16.65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing of merchandise.

• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
