Position Summary: The Retail Merchandise role is responsible for supporting the planning, selection, and presentation of products in a retail setting to optimize sales and enhance customer experience. This position ensures merchandise is effectively displayed, appropriately stocked, and aligned with sales trends and inventory goals. The role plays a key part in executing merchandising strategies that drive revenue, maintain brand consistency, and meet customer expectations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in retail merchandising, product sourcing, or vendor management (automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience is a plus). Will accept experience in lieu of education.
