Job description

Merchandising Assistant Store Manager - Nights

Join to apply for the Merchandising Assistant Store Manager - Nights role at Serv-U-Success.

Position Details:

  • Full-time; 40 hours/week
  • Schedule: 7:00pm - 7:00am
  • Weekend and weekday availability required
  • Training first two weeks on day shift

Compensation: Up to $20/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as the "Manager on Duty" in the absence of or alongside the Store Manager, ensuring proper staffing and task prioritization.
  • Utilize outside resources like On-Demand and Temporary staff to support ongoing projects and future planning.
  • Plan and schedule weekly work with the Store Manager, ensuring project completion within shifts.
  • Oversee project execution and ensure customer satisfaction, completing projects start to finish within the same shift.
  • Understand and interpret Plan-O-Grams, schematics, and project documents.
  • Demonstrate high-level merchandising and reset skills across all categories within the store.

Additional Requirements:

  • Reliable and regular attendance; work cannot be performed remotely.
  • May require travel between store locations.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and Work Instructions.
  • Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED; additional education preferred.
  • 2-5 years experience in a service industry, with some supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change.
  • Proficient with technology, primarily personal devices (weekly phone stipend provided).
  • Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and DMV check may be required depending on the position.
