Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. in Pleasant Hill, Missouri is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will focus on merchandising, freight processing, and day-to-day store operations, ensuring policies are followed, shopping areas are clean and inviting, and customers are served with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Competenze

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Mansioni

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and related communications.
• Keep store areas clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Provide a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow, merchandise orders, and stock needs.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain sales displays and monthly planners.
