Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our Evansville team. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic group of associates and ensure positive customer experiences while focusing on merchandising and freight processing.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow and merchandise needs.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain sales-effective displays.
