Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Protect and secure company assets, including cash
• Maintain store areas to company standards
• Process directives and communications related to store activities
• Keep store clean and presentable and restock bathrooms
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for customers and staff
• Support freight flow and merchandising processes
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners
