RuffleButts, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Merchandising Analyst to drive data-informed assortment planning and inventory management for our children’s apparel lines. You will build and analyze reports, support pricing and replenishment timelines, and partner with design for new product development.

The role requires 2+ years in merchandising analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with BI tools. This hybrid position offers growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years in Apparel Buying, Merchandising, or Planning; eCommerce or children's apparel a plus
• Strong Excel skills; BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup
• Knowledge of assortment curation, planning and analytics supporting long-range strategy

Mansioni

• Work with Category Director to create assortment plans for current and future seasons
• Generate and analyze weekly reports and provide ad hoc analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company
• Support marketing in developing promotional plans for new product launches
• Identify missed opportunities and growth drivers with product teams
• Plan and oversee inventory management to increase revenues and reduce costs
• Perform statistical analysis using historical data and trends to guide strategies
• Partner on process development for forecasting and product planning
• Collaborate with Sourcing on product expansion opportunities
