RuffleButts, Inc. is hiring a Merchandising Assistant to support pricing, inventory management, purchase orders, and merchandise reporting across channels.

You will work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Category leadership to turn data into insights in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who enjoys turning data into insights and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in assistant buying or merchandise planning in children’s apparel / eCommerce.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing, inventory management, and merchandise reporting across channels.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on item and category performance.
• Maintain core weekly performance and inventory reports.
• Manage purchase orders across channels with accuracy.
• Partner with Ecommerce on product enablement/disablement.
• Oversee Omni-channel inventory allocation including Amazon.
• Assist the Category Director with marketing details and pricing analysis.
