RuffleButts + RuggedButts is seeking a hands-on Merchandising professional to drive assortment planning, replenishment, pricing and markdown timelines, and omni-channel inventory management. You will partner with Category Director, analyze weekly reports, support marketing with promos, and collaborate across teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability.

This role requires 2+ years in apparel merchandising, strong Excel and BI skills, and a startup mindset.

Competenze

• 2+ years experience in Apparel Buying, Merchandising, or Planning; experience in eCommerce or children's apparel a plus.
• Strong quantitative and Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools a plus! (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• The strong ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without micro-management, making proactive recommendations and meeting deadlines.
• Driven and determined to achieve results in a fast paced start up oriented working environment.
• Knowledge of merchandising, current marketplace, and key retailers in the children's apparel industry.

Mansioni

• Create assortment plans with Category Director to meet customer needs and financial objectives.
• Generate and analyze weekly reports and provide ad hoc analysis as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company.
• Support marketing in promotional plans and campaigns for new product launches.
• Identify missed opportunities and growth drivers for product development and design.
• Plan and oversee inventory management to increase revenues and reduce costs.
• Perform statistical analysis using historical data and trends to inform strategies.
• Develop processes that improve forecasting and product planning.
• Partner with sourcing on product expansion opportunities and chasing trends.
