FreshDirect, a technology-powered grocery leader in Bronx, NY, is seeking a Merchandising Analyst to ensure accuracy of new item paperwork and manage setup processes. You will work closely with category teams and Master Data to keep pricing and item data up to date.

• Maintains department records and files.
• Supports cross-functional projects such as promotional execution and ecommerce content planning.

The Role

The Merchandising Analyst performs diverse tasks in the Merchandising department. Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of new item paperwork for the category team and managing the new item setup process. The Merchandising Analyst must be highly organized and skilled in cross-functional work, as they will work to provide project management support for numerous critical merchandising planning processes. This role supports a passionate team of food experts. The ideal candidate has an interest in learning about merchandising, including product sourcing and selection, eCommerce site selling strategies, and the grocery supply chain.
