We are looking for Convenience Store Merchandisers. Starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour with pay increases and advancement opportunities available. There are approximately 25 weeks of travel per year. Daytime hours, up to 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime and early access to earned wages through the Paycor wallet. Must be able to travel with company-provided hotels. Travel pay and Per Diem offered when traveling.

Primary Job Functions

In a convenience store setting and at the direction of any member of MSCO management, responsibilities may include: Utilizing a Plan-O-Gram to complete the merchandising of existing in-store products, including tagging, moving, and rearranging products on shelves, in bins, inside coolers, or other areas of the store.

Requirements, Education, Experience, And Equipment

• Must be able to travel, including overnight hotel stays, potential weekend stays, and sometimes out of state
• You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma/GED and equivalent training and experience preferred
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to read planograms
• Must follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook
• Merchandising experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently

Physical Demands

The employee may be required to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, carry products with light to moderate lifting, and tolerate colder conditions inside beverage coolers.
