Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets along assigned routes.

You will drive a personal vehicle, maintain backstock, and use company systems to document execution. The role offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement. An early start is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable personal automobile with valid license and insurance.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Shift: Full-time with an early start time
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Pay: $20.15 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement Monthly Car Allowance (Insurance requirements are a condition of hire.)
• Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment)

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when needed

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
• 6 months related work experience
