Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Merchandiser to travel across Westside Indy and nearby stores, stocking, displaying and rotating products on assigned routes. The role involves hands-on merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will operate pallet jacks or hand trucks, document execution with photos, and coordinate with store personnel. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older per state requirements.
• Must have reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license; acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsabilités

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products along assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Title: Merchandiser

Shift: Monday - Friday, with a Morning Start

Pay: $19/hour plus mileage & car allowance Benefits:

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
