Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring for a part-time store associate position. Core hours are 5a-1:30p with daily responsibilities including stocking shelves, organizing displays, ensuring product freshness, and maintaining a safe store environment.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to travel within routes. Pre-employment screening is required; the role offers hourly pay of $20.75 and local routes near your community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, motor vehicle record review.

• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system.
• Builds displays and other promotional items according to instructions and schedule.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
