Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Idaho is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily store deliveries and shelf replenishment, with a focus on safety and accuracy. You will be lifting up to 50 pounds and using a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes.

The position runs 6am-3pm with overtime, offering a $22.00 per hour wage, bi-weekly pay, and benefits that include health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily for a safe environment.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items as directed by supervisor and store management.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Job Details:

Schedule: 6am-3pm (Overtime required) (two consecutive days off)
Pay: $22.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
